Please make sure that when you do it is EXACTLY how it needs to be read and all spelling and capitalization is correct, as I will do it just like you have given it to me.
Allow *up to* 10 business days for your personalized order to be shipped out for personal orders and up to 15 business days for all wholesale orders. Please keep in mind that we do all we can to get personal and wholesale orders shipped out before the estimated turn around times stated above, but that time frame gives us some wiggle room if things arise like needing more blanks and etc. since these are all custom orders. Thank you!!
There are NO refunds on custom/personalized orders. We are NOT responsible for late, delayed, or lost packages. Once we hand over our packages to USPS courier it is out of our hands and out of our control. First class shipping does NOT have insurance but priority shipping is insured up to $50, please keep that in mind when choosing shipping preference.
